How do I change registration track/type for an attendee that has already registered?

Registration forms can be very different from type to type, with very different questions asked depending on the track.

If an attendee has already registered for an event, and wishes to change registration type/track (eg: from 'Attendee' to 'VIP'), they can be switched to a different track as long as there are still slots available in your event.

To switch an attendee to a new track, simply select to view the registration to be changed from the Registrations area. When the page is loaded, select 'Change Track' under the 'Manage Registrations' menu.

Select the track you wish to change the registration to using the 'Destination Track' dropdown:

When you're happy with the change, click on 'Save Track Change' and the registration will be updated.
