Accessing and viewing your event activity

Viewing event activity across all events in your organization

You can view a global newsfeed of the latest changes within all your events at any time, by clicking on the 'bell' icon displayed at the top right of your Organization Dashboard.

This will show a list of all admin event actions and registration changes that have occurred across all events in your organization.

Please note, this feed does not show any detailed information in regards to the exact changes made, just the action made (eg 'registered', 'updated', 'cancelled' etc).

To view the event/area/registration where the change was made, click on the linked item (which is underlined):


Viewing event activity for a specific event

In getregistered®, we provide 2 areas to view general activity within your events. You can view a newsfeed of the latest changes within your current event at any time, by clicking on the 'bell' icon displayed at the top right of your Event Dashboard.

The second area can be found under the 'Newsfeed' tile on your event dashboard.

When you arrive on your Event Newsfeed page, you will see all your latest event updates specific to the event you are currently interacting with displayed in chronological order.

Again, this feed does not show any detailed information in regards to the exact changes made, just the action made (eg 'registered', 'updated', 'cancelled' etc). To view the event area/registration where the change was made, click on the linked item (which is underlined).

If you wish to view specific changes made to registrations (eg name or registration form changes), please select the 'Registration Changelog' tile on your Event Dashboard.
