Accessing 'Help and Support'

Clicking on the ? icon at the top right of your page in your admin area will open a 'Help and Support' window. Here you can enter a question or search term and find support articles that will help you manage your getregistered® events and account.

If you'd prefer to view our entire database of support articles, simply click on your user avatar at the top right of the page and select the 'Knowledge Base' option:

This will redirect to the getregistered® knowledge base, where you will find many helpful articles covering all aspects of building and managing your events!
