HubSpot integration
Overview
getregistered supports integration with Hubspot. This integration allows you to push contact information to Hubspot for invitees and and registrants of your events.
Prerequisites
- You must have a Hubspot account.
- You must have a getregistered account with HubSpot integration enabled. If it's not enabled on your event's integration's dashboard, please contact getregistered support.
Configuration
To configure the Hubspot integration, follow these steps: * Go to the event's integration dashboard. * Click on the Hubspot integration. * Click on the "Connect to Hubspot" button. * You will be redirected to Hubspot's login page. * Enter your Hubspot credentials and click on the "Log in" button. * You will be redirected back to the event's integration dashboard.
You can then edit the integration to choose which of your events are connected to Hubspot.
Usage
Once the Hubspot integration is configured, getregistered will push contact information to Hubspot for invitees and registrants of your events.
Custom fields
getregistered will push the following custom fields to Hubspot for each connected event.
- getregistered track (string) - if the event has tracks
- getregistered registration status (string) - the registration status of the contact
- getregistered invitation status (string) - the invitation status of the contact
Mapping registration fields
By default only email, first name and last name are synced for registrations. If you want to sync additional fields such as company name you can use metatags in the registration form editor to map these fields to Hubspot fields. Please tag them with the key HS_CONTACT_FIELD
with the value of the field name in Hubspot, e.g company
