How do I download a custom report?
When you've created a custom report and you wish to download your report data, simply head to the 'Reports' area on your event dashboard.

When you arrive in the main 'Reports' area, you will see a list of your current reports displayed.

To download a report directly from this page, simply click on either the 'Download XLSX' or 'Download CSV' button displayed inline with the report you wish to download. When selected you will see a window displayed to inform you that your report download is being processed.

You will now see a 'download' tray displayed at the top right of the page - when a report is being processed, you will see a spinning circle icon next to the download tray, and clicking on the download icon will show the queue of reports being processed or that are ready to download.


While your custom report download is being processed, you can navigate away from your Reports area - the download tray is displayed in all areas of your event, so you can easily access your download at any time!
When a custom report is ready to be downloaded, you will see a pop-up notification displayed on the top right of the page, as well as a green dot displayed next to the download tray.

You can click to download directly from the pop-up message, or if you wish to download a little later, simply click on the download tray and click the download icon next to the report you wish to download.

Why is my custom report showing as 'Queued' when I select to download it?
We return the status of 'Queued' in the downloads tray when a report has been sent for download creation due to a number of factors - this could be due to the amount of reports currently being processed, or due to the size/complexity of the report submitted for downloading.

If you attempt to submit to download a report that is already in a state of 'Queued' or 'Processing', you will see the following pop-up informing you that it is already queued for downloading. When your report download is ready, you will be notified immediately.

Can I customise what is returned in my custom report download?
Yes - when interacting with the main 'Reports' page, simply click on the 'View' button on the report you wish to customise. When you land on the selected report page, you can either edit the report fields via the 'Edit Report' button, and if you wish to rename or re-organize the columns in your report, click on the 'Manage Columns' option - you can also add and save filters on your report if required.

Once you've made your amendments, simply click on the 'Download' button and select your report format.

You will then see the 'Download Started' window displayed, and the report will then be generated in the background, exactly the same as generating your report download from the main 'Reports' page. When downloaded, you will see the customizations made to your report present in your selected file choice.
Are there any limits to how many reports I can download and how long are they available for?
You can submit to download as many reports as you wish in either CSV or XLSX format, but you can only submit one of each at a time per report while being processed. When processed, you can download your reports as many times as you wish, there is no limit!
All generated reports are stored in getregistered® for 6 hours, any time after this limit will require you to submit to download your report again.
